Banana muffins/bread

Its a cold day here so we some banana bread with our overly ripe banana's. Gluten Free Friends this one is for you.


1/2 cup of butter(softened)

2 eggs

2 cups of premium gold gluten free flour

1 cup of maple syrup

3 medium ripe bananas

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1 dash of salt

1 tsp vanilla extract


Mash your bananas first, then add your eggs, butter, syrup and vanilla extract till combined. Second add your dry ingredients, baking powder and soda. followed by your dash of salt stir that all together. Finally mix your flour in till you get a great looking batter.


Bake @ 375*f for about 18-20 minutes. For muffins bake for about 15 minutes.
