Cake box lemonade cookie

This cookie recipe is so fun and easy to make because of its simplicity. Also, its easy for a quick desert that's a no fail cookie.

all you need is:

a white or vanilla cake mix

3 eggs

1/3 cup of vegetable oil

about 2 and a half lemons zests

Mix it all together and bake for about 10-12 min.

If you want you can make a buttercream or a lemon frosting.

A quick and easy buttercream is 1/2 cup of butter a tablespoon of milk and a teaspoon of vanilla extract and powdered sugar. Beath the butter before slowly adding the powdered sugar to thicken then add the vanilla sprinkle in milk to desired creaminess.

Lemon frosting is 1/3 cup of fresh lemon juice, lemon zest and 2 cups of powdered sugar. Add the powdered sugar in batches slowly until you have your desired thickness.
